The function of the foot valve to prevent water flow back, The foot valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, sealing ring and gasket and other components, the bottom valve disc has single, double and multiple valve and other types.After the bottom valve is connected to the pipeline, the liquid medium enters the valve body from the valve cover direction, the pressure of the liquid acts on the valve disc, so that the valve disc is opened to allow the medium to flow through, when the medium pressure in the valve body changes or disappears, the valve disc is closed to prevent the medium from flowing back.
One, foot valve structure:
The foot valve is provided with a plurality of water intakes on the valve cover, and is equipped with a screen to reduce the inflow of debris, reduce the probability of the bottom valve blockage.Although the bottom valve is equipped with anti-clogging screen, but the bottom valve is generally suitable for cleaning media, viscosity and particles are too large medium should not use the bottom valve.
